“Professionalisation instead of regulation” - German Federal Building Authority - Implementation of Cost, Risk and Construction Project Management”
Klaus Grewe, born in 1962, didn't really want to go into construction, but worked as a surveyor and carpenter and is appointed construction manager and project director. He has completed projects such as the U-Bhf. Potsdamer Platz, Berlin's new main railway station and led the coordination all construction work for the Olympic Games in London. He supported OECD projects in Egypt and Mexico, Currently the ALBA Program in Barcelona and the development of a procurement Tool , STEPS. He is an Associate to the DRB (Decision Resolution Board - FIDEC) for the Fehmarnbelt Immerset Tunnel. For the German Federal Building Authority (BImA), he has carried out preparatory pilot projects as part of the introduction of New RBBau 2 and is the author of the supporting project management methods.
