As a young child he was in the Boy Scouts growing up in New York and was told by the scoutmasters to always leave the campground cleaner than when he first arrived. For him, the same holds true in life, in that we must each try to make the world a little better during our short time here. Robert has been an ICPMA member since 2006 after attending the annual conference in Bern, Switzerland. He believes truly that ICPMA is an organisation that strives to ‘make the campground cleaner’ for this very special profession. Robert was the ICPMA Treasurer between 2019 and 2022.

This is how the ICPMA is organised
The ICPMA is primarily a professional networking and business generation organisation with aims to improve construction project management practice through the exchange of ideas and experience. The ICPMA is run by volunteers and operates on a not-for-profit basis.
We have summarised the organisation, structure and management responsibilities of the ICPMA and YICPMA in our organisational policy to enable a strong and successful succession plan and smooth operation of the association for the benefit of its membership.

Most of them have remained members of the association and are still very much part of the organisation, providing valuable advice to other members and sharing their knowledge.
We thank Brian Ernest Regalado for his valuable contribution during his time on the Steering Committee in 2020-22 and his support in webinars and live streamed podcasts during the pandemic.
