CEICMO serves as Obycon's key strategic partner for executing all concrete placing operations within the development of five new citadels situated across five distinct cities along the Colombian North Coast. Obycon undertakes these projects on behalf of the  

prominent Colombian real estate developer, Amarilo. 

Overseeing the concrete pumping and placement program, CEICMO has successfully completed 26 high-rise buildings, constituting industrialized concrete multifamily housing projects. This achievement encompasses a total of 1,081 towers, 7,082 apartment units,  

and a built area spanning 569,512 square meters. In the process, CEICMO has meticulously placed 234,800 cubic meters of concrete. 

Project challenges and key driver

The primary challenges include: 

• Ensuring a consistent availability of skilled professional concrete pump operators, assistants, and security inspectors. 

• Maintaining all equipment and pipelines in optimal condition, ensuring they are prepared for daily operations. 

• Prioritizing safety as the utmost concern throughout all activities. 

• Demonstrating responsibility towards environmental sustainability initiatives.
