Travelodge Honmachi Osaka

This is an extensive refurbishment project of a business hotel acquired by Plenitude Berhad, a public listed company in Malaysia that expands its hospitality assets internationally. It is located in Osaka where the EXPO 2025 will take place and it is also a popular travel destination in Japan. 

Plus PM have established a double project manager system to manage the project across 3 countries to allow smooth communication during the pandemic with travel restriction from Malaysia to Japan, where the project is located. Plus PM also achieved a time efficiency by their full understanding of each country planning and design constraints.
