The specific design features are subtle but taken as a whole maximise the potential of two key investments - people and property. The building also appeals to a wide demographic, and some of the solutions are particularly topical having regard to the corona pandemic. The project uses a significant civic statement to "bring the city inside" in a way that welcomes the workforce and visitors alike.
