Guidelines for Scope of Services and Fees for CPM in Austria

The Austrian Chamber of Architects and Engineers has issued a description of the scope of services for construction project management (“Projektsteuerung”) including formulas and tables for the calculation of adequate fees. 2006, due to European legislation, these guidelines could not remain in force, but they are still widely used for projects in Austria.
